How do we get wrinkles?
The skin has several layers - the epidermis, dermis and sub-dermis. The dermis contains the proteins that keep the skin taut and springy. Sun is the major cause of skin damage. As we age (everyday wear and tear), and as our skin is exposed to environmental stresses, the collagen and elastin proteins in our skin begin to break down creating voids and gaps. These "gaps" are wrinkles. Another cause of wrinkles is the skin’s ability to repair itself. As we age the skin’s ability to create healthy cells slows down causing wrinkles.
What is Collagen and why do we need more of it?
Collagen is a natural protein, produced by your body, which resides in the dermis. Collagen is a necessary protein to help your skin maintain its durability and resilience. Without it, your skin will not remain taut, and wrinkles will form.
What about injectable collagen?
Until now, the only effective method of delivering collagen to the regenerating lower layers of the skin has been very expensive and invasive injections, which must be administered by a trained professional. We know that these collagen injections work. Now, it is no longer necessary to endure the painful and very expensive injections. That is the reason Dermalactives night time treatment is such an incredible discovery.
What is Elastin?
Elastin is a natural protein, produced by your body, which resides in the dermis and sub-dermis, or lower two layers of the skin. Elastin is a necessary protein to help your skin maintain its flexibility. Without it, your skin will not remain taut and springy, and wrinkles will form.
Night Time Treatment
How does Dermalactives night time treatment work?
Dermalactives night time treatment uses a revolutionary delivery system to penetrate the layers of the skin. This proprietary system delivers natural collagen and elastin proteins deep into the lower layers of the skin, in order to nourish, replenish and regenerate your skin. See the How it Works section for more details.
What is Dermalactives night time treatment secret?
Dermalactives night time treatment contains a special polymer that enables molecules to be transported through the skin. It is this biopolymer's affect on these large molecules that enable them to bind and transport themselves through the skin - without a needle - and fill the voids created by the natural aging process.
Are there any side effects with Dermalactives night time treatment?
Dermalactives night time treatment is composed of entirely all-natural, pharmaceutical grade ingredients. There have been no side effects noted in testing.
How much should I use? Can I overuse?
No, you cannot overuse. Dermalactives night time treatment works best when used liberally. Apply Treatment very liberally at bedtime, and leave it on for at least 30 minutes. Best when left on overnight.
How long does Dermalactives night time treatment last on your wrinkles?
The collagen and elastin molecules will penetrate into the lower-layers of the skin and remain there for a number of days. The true benefits come from a regimen of applications, continually nourishing and feeding the skin at least every-other day. The more you use Dermalactives night time treatment, the more lasting your results will be.
Are the ingredients natural and safe?
Dermalactives night time treatment is composed of entirely all-natural, pharmaceutical grade ingredients. Yes, they are safe.
I do not think my Dermalactives night time treatment is working. I have been using it for 3 weeks and I am not seeing results.
It has been our experience that people, who are not seeing results within a 2-3 week time frame, are using the product too sparingly. Dermalactives night time treatment works best when used liberally. It is not possible to overuse it. Apply Dermalactives night time treatment very liberally at bedtime, and leave it on for at least 30 minutes. Best results occur when left on overnight.
What are the ingredients of Dermalactives night time treatment?
Water, PVP, Emu Oil, Hydrolyzed Elastin, Glycerin, Coconut (Cocos Nucifera) Oil, SD Alcohol, Polysorbate 20, Algin, Hydrolyzed Collagen, Indol-3 Acetyl Phenyalanine, Ethoxydiglycol, Aminomethyl Propanol, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Thioctic Acid, Ascorbyl Palmitate, DMAE Bitartrate, Phospholipids, Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Ethylparaben, Butylparaben, Propylparaben, Isobutylparaben
Can younger people use Dermalactives night time treatment?
Many factors influence the skin’s tendency to wrinkle only one of which is age. Our environment, sun, stress, diet, even our emotions all affect how our skin holds up, as we get older. The Dermalactives products are for people of any age with wrinkles they would like to eliminate.
Does your night time treatment contain a fragrance?
Our Dermalactives night time treatment is unscented. Throughout all of our research we found that most women preferred unscented creams for the face, so we have kept ours fragrance-free.
Is the treatment supposed to remain tacky once applied to your skin?
Yes! Our special polymer that enables the Dermalactives night time treatment formula to work is actually the ingredient that makes it tacky. One of the things you can do to alleviate the tackiness is to wait 30 minutes after applying the treatment and then apply your Dermalactives night time treatment Moisturizer over the treatment before going to bed. The moisturizer will cut down on the tackiness of the treatment as well as add to the effectiveness of the treatment overall.
Can I use Dermalactives night time treatment products with other skin-care products?
We tested Dermalactives night time treatment on women with and without the use of other products and we believe Dermalactives night time treatment works best when allowed to work without the interference of other products. If you are reluctant to give up your current products, they can be used in conjunction with Dermalactives night time treatment, however they must be used in the correct order. Alpha and beta hydroxy acid skin creams are designed to exfoliate or remove the top layers of the skin, while Dermalactives night time treatment products are designed to put back the collagen and elastin your skin has lost with age and environmental stresses. Therefore, the products should not be used at the same time, but they can be used in sequence. You can use alpha and beta hydroxy acid creams first and then after removing any residue, you can follow the protocol for the Dermalactives night time treatment products. If you were to use Dermalactives night time treatment before using the hydroxy acids, it would interfere with their effectiveness.
